“Fantastic cross trainer exactly as advertised. Delivered in difficult circumstances on time as agreed. I am enjoying my new machine. iFit integration works very well. The free mat did not arrive but once it was up and working it’s been great”

“I’m overall happy with my treadmill but the customer service is not great, I understand the troubled times we are in but you would expect a better service for a company that has classed It’s self as a leading retailer in with the fitnesses industry. When my order was placed I received a email stating I need to contact them due to my order not being successful, unable to call them I emailed to which I still never received a reply, later the same day I received an invoice but was unsure if my order was processed or not due to the previous email. Within a few days, the day of delivery came along with a text informing me of my 2 hour deliver time which to my surprise did not turn up, I received a text informing me my item was not placed into the van. I sent an email to which wasn’t responded to, I received my item 3 days later after someone contacted me to give me an update.”

“I absolutely love my treadmill and I can’t fault the service from Fitness Superstore. Fantastic from order to delivery. I was told it would be Three weeks delivery due to Covid-19, which was completely understandable, and I received it in two weeks.”

“I had the best experience with fitness superstore. Especially during lockdown. Initially I was disappointed to read that my delivery would be in 6 weeks, but a few days later I received notification that it would be delivered 1 month early. I’m over the moon with my NordicTrack RW900, nothing was missing, signed up to iFit easily, I had some problems registering my warranty but fitness superstore were there straight away to help me, I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you”

“Great company! Managed to maintain exceptional service support under massive pressure from spike in demand for home gym equipment due to covid crisis. Showed genuine care and did their best to help me to get the kit I needed. Their Body Power smiths rack, rubberised weight plates and bench are all excellent value. Very impressed all round!”

“One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Was assisted over the phone throughout my whole purchase, even paid over the phone. Received calls back straight away after I sent emails asking for more information. And delivery took about 2-3 weeks as they said it would. Thank you!”
