“Offered 15% discount and as treats needed put an order in. Within about an hour of paying and ordering I received an email offering 25% discount. Have emailed twice requesting a refund for 10% but they have been ignored.”

“As a regular customer I usually rate FFD as Very Good - however, on this occasion I am really frustrated that days after buying my goods they put everything on offer at 15% off retail prices!! I bought six items (as I have 3 dogs) and had to pay full price on them all. As a regular and repeat customer I would have appreciated either advance notice of the impending 15% offer (then I would have delayed my order for a few days) - or a retrospective reduction applied to my account - or equivalent voucher to spend on my next order. Very disappointed.”

“Terrible customer service their food upset 3 of our dogs stomach, we introduced it slowly, but by the 5 day only giving them 2 tablespoons each they head bad diarrhoea, when we telephoned to say how badly it had upset there stomach, the lady was extremely rude trying to say it must of been something else other than there food although that was the only thing we had changed in there diet, one of our dogs is elderly & could not afford to have diarrhoea but they didn’t care, we went back to there normal diet & they are now all fine thankfully”

“I received the food quickly but the food upset all three of my dogs with very bad diarrhoea, I introduced the food slowly over four days starting with only adding a teaspoon then a tablespoon etc on the fourth day I shared one 185g between the three of them & that is when that night they all had diarrhoea which was very upsetting as one of our dogs is elderly & struggles with mobility. I phoned the company the next morning explaining what happened at no time did the lady say she was sorry to hear this, she just was suggesting everything to say it wasn’t the food, she asked if my dogs go for a walk on or off the lead, I said they did all apart from one of them as like I stated she has limited mobility, she was almost suggesting they ate something while out & then brought something home for our other dog to eat absolutely ridiculous, anyway my reason for writing this review is to warn other dog owners to be careful”

“It's a pity that this even exists. Why do dogs and cats need fish? It's not a natural food for either. The seas are being plundered and destroyed and so much of it makes its way into unnecessary pet food. Don't you think it's irresponsible?”
