“I can not really comment as I live in Turkey and am not returning to the U.K. until November. A very kind, elderly Aunt lets me pre-order and collects my post. I have an ex street dog here who loves fish. I ordered treats from you, for him, for me to bring back, you can not get fish treats here + ANY dog treats here are very, very expensive. But apparently my package smells really strongly of fish and I am no longer allowed to use this address because of this!! If I had known, I would NEVER have ordered them. This should be stated on your website! It never occurred to me they would smell. Now, I have upset a very dear old lady, who is worried her home will be invaded by mice!”

“My dog loved the smell of the treat and was very excited to have it. Approximately 4 hours later he started vomiting. He didn’t want to eat or drink anything and kept vomiting for 24 hours that were the longest I have lived. He was looking so poorly, dehydrated and had nothing left in his stomach, so he was vomiting bile. It was extremely distressing for us all. The next days he had diarrhoea and took a few days to recover and get back to himself. We did not want to attribute this reaction to Fish4dogs treats even if there was no other difference in his routine or food that day. 2 weeks later we gathered the courage to try with another jerky. He just smelled it and stepped back. He did not want it, which is very unusual for him. I had ordered 2 packs (and they are not cheap!) so we opened a new pack just in case the open one had expired. He refused the treat from the new pack, too. They went in the bin. I cannot offer them to any other dog following our very bad experience.”

“Nothing wrong with the food, it’s just that you can’t get it out of this pouch, it’s all stuck in the corners, had to get a knife to try to scrap it out, gave up in the end. Absolutely would never order dog food again in pouches. 👎🏻”

“Our Staffy won't toutch it unless it is mixed with food that she likes. We will not be buying it again. We thought that it was fish but it turns out to be fish and beef pulp so we would not have bought it again even if she had liked it. Their fish jerky treats are gobbled up though so we will continue to buy them.”

“Ordered dog food on Sunday evening. Told it would be delivered within 3 -5 working days. Now told that their courier company won’t be able to deliver until some time next week. Shocking service. If there was an alternative supplier I would use them!”

“I ordered six sample packs to try. Received all salmon. Wouldnt it be a better idea to send out different flavours for people to try just in case dog doesnt like the salmon one. My dog didnt like the salmon one and neither did any other dogs I tried to feed it to.”
