“Just enrolled on the site and am puzzled that although it says "free"samples up to 5 and yet get charged 50p each at the check out for them. ????”

“Your new website has an awful layout! It was much better before when you could click on treat and see the whole range and browse through what you need. I wanted to buy some of the salmon mousse pouches so clicked on dog food - no where to be seen! If I didn't buy it on a regular basis I wouldn't of found it on your website. Pls bring back your old website it was much better and easier to find the products you need.”

“My order has not been delivered . We stayed in all day on friday and again on saturday. Apparently the DPD driver 'jody' could not find our address . All the other delivery firms we use dont have a problem. You have our contact numbers so why dont you use them ? We were going to place a regular order with you for our kennels but you will certainly not get our business again. Deliver what we have paid for please.”

“MY DOG BARNEY IS AN ENGLISH SETTER WITH A DELICATE STOMACH. SINCE PUTTING HIM ON A GLUTEN AND MEAT FREE DIET HIS DIGESTION HAS BEEN MUCH BETTER AND I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE WITH A DOG WHO SUFFERS WITH A RUMBLING TUMMY AND LOOSE MOTIONS TO TRY A FISH DIET. THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM FISH4DOGS HAS BEEN EXCELLENT AND BARNEY ENJOYS THE FOOD.”

“I have always ordered from fish 4 dogs. As my dogs a sensitive tummy. Disappointed and wanted to change when his dog foods is on offer on the website it never allows you to buy online as I always have done! As soon as it's finished it works straight away! More than once this has happened now. Having messaged you why should I phone you when it's an online shop! Disappointed and reconsidering. Sad to say dog loves it but this needs sorting!”
