“I was very short of money but always have contingency plan for my 12 dogs or my babys of 3 grand but after talking to the manager steve moore somehow that money was gone Now he has refused my calls Do you really think they give a dam about your babys No its just money for them not love if you love your pets please boycott these people THEY DO NOT CARE 😒”

“My dog will go for several days without food. He is healthy and active. The vet said he’s fine. He ate the fish kibble for the first few packets but now treats it as his normal food and hasn’t touched it for 3 days. I have tried several brands but still no regular feeding., although he seems happy enough. However, he never refuses the odd treat, although never too many.”

“I'm really sorry but I have to go by my dogs' reactions - neither of my dogs was impressed and one is a Labrador ! I bought quite a lot because I thought that whatever the reaction of my Cocker Spaniel, the Lab would eat it as she eats everything. However, she tried a mouthful and spat it out. The Cocker had a sniff and walked away. I have to admit the dogs' reactions were roughly how I reacted to the smell ! I was very surprised as both dogs are rescue; I have not had the Cocker for as long as I have had the Lab but neither has refused food before. I know that if I did not give them any other food they might eat it but I find that in these situations I give in before the dogs. I apologise again because I am sure it is very good. They won't eat the biscuits either so I am soaking those in warm water and putting out for the birds.”
