“Never received my order. Contacted the company after 3weeks and received no reply, very poor customer service and after all this my dog still isn’t been able to try their food.”

“Tried to introduce gradually. But my dog just doesn't like it. He loves fish but now won't go near his food even if I put 3 in!! Wasted of my money as I ordered lots”

“The fish for dogs arrived beautifully packaged I’m sure lots of dogs will love it, and for £2 it was a very generous amount of food, but our little chihuahua is incredibly fussy and wouldn’t eat it, in fact he’s always stealing the cat food. Which isn’t good for him, so my search goes on.”

“took ages to arrive Sample packs turned out to be all one flavour all biscuit or kibble as fish4dogs called it i had for some reason expected samples to be of different flavours considering i said that the dog generally ate wet food ( he has recently gone off his food including the wet beef lamb chicken flavours with gravy and has turned to fish so i thought the fish 4 dogs would be just the thing - spent around £32 for food he refused to eat - weird The meals were in tiny tins - our large dog eats usually at least two 400gm tin per day any less and i am concerned because he does not often eat dog biscuit any more even when covered with chicken gravy etc when I mentioned this to Fish4Dogs they were .. o really?? Suspect this was an Alan Sugar Apprentice task :/”

“I havent received my order, unless it's the royal mail leaflet I had and saying sender did not pay delivery so I have to pay another 1.50. Where as I paid 2.00 when order for trial. Which i feel is not a real free trial is it !!!!!! I will not be collecting and paying petrol and more money for free trial. Think someone needs to read the dictionary”

“Ordered a trial pack on the 28th august 2 weeks later still havent received it despite emailing and contacting them through the website..if this was a repeat order i would not be able to have a 2 week delay after ordering as this would mean my dogs would be without food ..service and speed of delivery is very poor”

“I am sorry to have to report that my two dogs will not touch Fish4dogs. The older one, a male long coat Chihuahua nearly eight years of age has few teeth which may be a reason. The younger, a Chug (Chihuahua /Pug 14 maths) has great teeth and uses them to chew up anything she can find, just doesn’t appear to like your kibble, even mixed with her favourite dog food.”
