Item arrived OK but I was VERY nonpulsed to, a week later, receive a $20.00 shipping bill from Fed EX as the shipping said it was comming USPS

Delivery was quick but some magnets were broken in pieces and when fitting all the others kept breaking I think I got 4 pairs out of 10. Very disappointed

The magnets I ordered do not magnetise on the same board that all the others I have, do magnetise. What should I do ?

We are sorry the magnets you ordered were not strong enough for your application. The magnets you ordered are ferrite disc magnets, also known as ceramic magnets. They are magnetised with their north and south poles on their opposite flat faces. Ferrite magnets have a high resistance to corrosion and demagnetisation and their great advantage is that they can operate in temperatures of up to 180 degrees Celsius. These magnets are ideal for craft making, model making and other non-technical applications where a really strong magnet is not necessary. After leaving a review first4magnets called me to apologise for the problem I had with there magnets. The lady was very friendly and helpful… I will definitely be happy to give them another try. As we all need a second try in life…

Two of the four magnets broke on the first day. Is that what they mean by calling themselves First4Magnets? I don't think my children are at fault. The material of the magnets are so weak, that if you drop them they break: USELESS!

I was very happy with the advice and product. I was extremely annoyed when I checked my mobile bill and saw that the only phone number listed on the website is a chargeable number. That may be the mobile phone company?s charging, but I know plenty of companies that would not use such a number. I also know a bunch of companies that do use chargeable numbers and I don?t buy from them. It would be very simple to add a local area code number and point out to customers that they should use this if calling from a mobile. Or just change the number. Either way it?s not the 5 quid that matters, it?s the principal of it.
