“Customer service Absolutely wonderful experience. I ordered the wrong type of magnets for what I wanted them to do, and they were too weak so I went about returning them on the phone. The man was beyond helpful and advised me on what would be appropriate for the job and then directed me to the paper weight calculator page so I could work out what strength I needed per piece. SPLENDID! Couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you guys.”

“Well let's say it was a weird coincidence. My brother went to buy then I got an email link from him....thought hmm..might be how I fix my magnet clasp bracelet. Borrowed some glue. After a while, success. I only needed a tiny strip...so now I'm dreaming up creative ideas on how to use all the rest of the magnet strips I now have ?”
