“I did not know the power of the magnets so I bought 2 with a 20 pull. This was much too strong for my purpose so I bought 2 at 10 and these are perfect: delivery fantastic. I spoke on line with a female operator asked her for the return address. I told her that I had replaced these 20 magnets with 10s. She said she made a note and marked the original to speed up the refund. I am about to buy 4 more 10s.”
