“I had ordered an item that did not quite work for my application and contacted the team online to discuss the issue. I should have spoken to them previously, as they did quickly recommend a suitable replacement which I am now awaiting in the post. It got dispatched the same day, so all great!”

“The ordering process was very straightforward, delivery quick and item well packaged. The gate latch was very easy to install and works fantastically well, holds the gate closed very firmly, but very easy to disengage to open. When closing the gate the latch engages automatically thanks to the magnets. All in all, absolutely a great purchase, very highly recommended!”
