“The initial set of magnets I ordered had the art work off-centre, however, on raising to First4Magnets support team they quickly rectified the issue and dispatched a new set. The new set look great and delivery was prompt. In the end a positive experience!”

“I have edited my previous review to reflect the exemplary service and their focus on high levels of customer satisfaction. Whist I had previously given just one star because my goods failed to arrive. First4Magnets immediately responded with a reply to my review, sent me an email AND I received a telephone call from their customer service people. They immediately dispatched a replacement to my order, this time via tracked courier on next day delivery at no further cost to myself. My initial order didn't arrive through no direct fault of First4Magnets, rather than with Royal Mail. However, First4Magnets took ownership of the problem, sent me my replacement goods and are deserving five stars. Thank you First4Magnets”

“I can honestly say that I have never delt with an online store that has shown better customer service than this company. It restored my confidence in online shopping.
