“I have ordered sevela times from First 4 Magnets, the product description is accurate, prices are competative and delivery is quick. Only critism is the product search is a bit tricky to use. Otherwise great service”

“Very speedy delivery, slight issue over maglet length - supplied magnets 13.2mm replacing Alnico magnets 13.85mm long, causing air gap (or re-machining of motor block).”

“Once I had placed my order, the delivery of the product was really fast and I had received it within just a couple of days. I would absolutely give 5 stars both for the delivery of the product and for the product itself. I have only given 4 stars as I was unsure of what product I needed and one of the reviews for the product I purchased stated that it did not perform well for the exact purpose I wanted it for. So, I reached out to the company to ask if it would be suitable or if I needed something else. They didn't get back to me though so I had to purchase it and keep my fingers crossed. Thankfully it worked really well so I am really happy with my purchase but it would have been useful to have bought with confidence first.”

“Great range of magnets - sizes, types, packs. Nicely made. Delivered on time. I have never seen neodymium magnets before. They are very strong, but rather brittle. One of them flew across the table into the others and shattered. Treat them carefully!”

“I ordered 2 sets of magnets (different types) and they came quite promptly (3-4 days I believe). Unfortunately, one of the sets was not what I had ordered however the situation was resolved within a day of contacting customer service with the item being shipped out at the same day, free of charge. I’m quite happy with the products and will probably order again in the future.”

“A reliable source for online purchasing of magnets. I've used them over the past 5 years and have found their service/products to be consistently good. 25/05/23 Edit - response to First4Magnets. 4 Stars is no criticism. You performed well and fully met our expectations. We're just avoiding Grade creep by not awarding 5*; that would have to be "Wow, Amazing."”
