“No problem with order and delivery. Magnets were so weak it was a bit disappointing. They struggled to even move iron filings to show the magnetic poles of the magnet. UPDATE: A representative contacted us and offered to send out a different set of magnets that he felt would suit our needs better. I'm very impressed with the level of care first4magnets displays in ensuring their customers are happy with the products and service they receive. I'm happy to leave a 5 star review knowing that any issues customers have with their products will be resolved in a satisfactory manner.”

“Received quickly in the post. My only issue is 1 of the magnets is damaged, the other 3 are perfect. Edit - just been told a replacement magnet is being sent out so thanks very much for that.. great service”

“Having previously bought some magnets to secure internal bi fold doors they were always on the weaker side, having purchased just one displayed as a cupboard door magnet the pull is just excellent and makes such a difference when I close the doors, it’s a novelty for the door using the magnet to stay shut”
