“Excellent. The check out procedure was straightforward, packaging and delivery very prompt. The magnets are superb, and extremely powerful. Because they have a 3.2 Kg pull, they even had a magnet safety leaflet enclosed. And they probably would bite, with that strength. The magnets, I mean ??Perfect for what I need ???? Thank you. Steve”

“I ordered from a number of companies and first4magnets is (almost) unmatched for selection and speed (some have higher N numbers but then again these magnets can easily be too strong for an application anyway). Some other European companies actually merely resell their magnets... Small nitpick: from the website: "When used to attract another magnet, rather than a metal surface such as steel the pull strength between the two magnets will be effectively double creating an incredible pull for their size." This is not really correct and misleading. Admittedly, at the small distance the pull of the two magnets (if arranged correctly) will be stronger than between a permanent magnet and a steel plate (which will first have to be magnetized). However, at contact there is effectively no stronger pull as the steel plate is now fully magnetized. Luckily it is a retailer and not a physics textbook ;-)”

“I have purchased from this company twice now and on each occasion, they have been very quick to despatch my items. The first time we had to ring for some advice on which magnets would be best for what we needed, and the chap on the phone was really helpful and advised us, took our order, and it got to us the next day! The second time purchasing from this company was online, and again, I couldn't believe it when the magnets turned up the next day! In summary, I am very happy to recommend purchasing from this company, and I will continue to do so unreservedly.”
