“I'd never used FIRST4MAGNETS before. I found them very helpful, knowledgable about their products and friendly. I worked for 25 years in Customer Service and can only say their team is great. Best of all, the prices are very competitive. The magnetic tape I bought was great value. It was well packed and labelled and arrived very quickly. “Great customer service. I phoned prior to ordering for a recommendation as to which magnets to buy for my intended purpose. The lady I spoke with was very helpful. When my order came, one unit was faulty and shattered. I phoned customer service again and a free replacement was posted the same day. I have now finished the project, the magnets work perfectly and I am delighted with my purchase and the customer service received.”
