“Good product - reasonable time for delivery. Cardboard packaging was damaged so the middle of the magnetic sheet was also damaged. Not the end of the world as I was cutting the sheet into smaller sizes anyway but really it should have been delivered unblemished. Wether this was a courier issue or the fact that the cardboard packaging was unfit for purpose, I leave that to others discretion.”

“The magnets did exactly what I needed (a simple lifting job). Delivered next day as promised (not always easy in Scotland). I have used these folks before and , for me anyway, they are as good as it gets.”

“Quick delivery. Unfortunately one of the magnets broke, but a call to customer services and a photo of broken magnet sent to them by email and I was offered either a replacement or refund immediately. I chose a refund, which was issued straight away. I can't fault the company or the customer services and I'd be very happy to use them again or recommend them to others.”

“Nobody gets it 100% right, 100% of the time... I received a hook missing its magnet (the order arrived super fast, btw) and called customer service. Sent a picture, replacement shipped the same day (thank you, Alex). Incredible company - great products and fantastic service. Wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“I bought a strip of MagFlex? 19mm wide x 2.5mm thick Magnetic Tape - Foam Self-Adhesive Code: MT19AB(FA)-1X1M in an attempt to stop my external metal letterbox flapping in the wind instead of using gorilla tape all the time. Seems to have done the trick and delivery was just a couple of days.”

“The item arrived as expected, in good condition and stated on the website. Customer service when I contacted them were very helpful. However the product was just not for me. Looked good but it wasn?t what I expected. The magnet was not too strong to hold all the items I expected so I had to return it. Customer service was very helpful though.”
