“First set of magnets arrived quickly and were exactly what I needed. However, when I ordered a further set the wrong size was sent out. I contacted Customer Service (Michelle) who was very helpful. The right magnets were dispatched and arrived within 24hrs! This level of customer service is outstanding. Overall very satisfied.”
