“First4Magnets really packaged my order very well, I paid for next day delivery but due to a problem with courier took two days (not First4Magnets ) fault. T. H. C.”

“You notified me when the product was in stock which is a good service, and delivered it in a timely way. i appreciated the notification that it was on its way But the parcel tracking number didn’t seem to work but not to worry. The delivery person did follow instructions re where to leave it which was good. I think you use too much packaging- 400 magnets in small plastic boxes of ten.”

“Bought a couple of small magnets to help find nails behind a plasterboard ceiling. Website was clear and made it easy to choose the type and size needed, and prices were fair. Magnets arrived very quickly, each packed in a handy storage box, and communication regarding dispatch and delivery was prompt. Very satisfied first time customer, thanks.”

“Instead of my magnets, an empty envelope turned up on the appointed date. However, a quick email was all that was needed and the magnets arrived 48 hours later with an apology. These things happen from time to time and no harm done. If I need more magnets in the future I'll use First4magnets again.”
