“All round excellent 1. Website navigation and checkout excellent 2. Speed of delivery fast 3. Packaging is excellent, in fact I really like the bubble wrap that I ordered the same product in two separate transactions. It's excellent for resting your bare feet on when working at desk. 4. Actuall products are of excellent quality 5. You have a huge variety of products and can easily refine your search with many variables such as size, shape, thickness and more. This was one of the main reasons for shopping here as competitors did not offer as much filtering options.”

“Ordered one evening and two days later the magnets popped through my letterbox. Easy to order and pay, good quality and they are already installed in my homemade demagnetiser tool.”

“Placing my order was seemless! Confirmation email was received quickly. The issue came up when I went to check the status of the order on the website, under my account. The website showed NO orders for me. I contacted Customer Support and Michelle answered within 24 hours. We determined that my order was in the system and being processed. However, it didn't show on the website because the web account was created by the system AFTER my order was taken. I suggested to Michelle that this be brought to the programmers' attention. In addition, a tracking code was provided within the email. But, there is no tracking with this type of order. I suggested to Michelle that the wording by changed both on the site and in the email to avoid confusion. Michelle brought both these suggestions to the attention of the appropriate staff and reported to me that they are working on it. That's what I call "Great Customer Service"!!!”

“Purchased a 60kg magnet in an attempt to retrieve on of our stonemasons tools that had fallen down a chimney stack that we were restoring. The lad had had this tool ever since he was an apprentice and had become quite attached to it. It was therefore a bit of a disaster when he lost it but due to you product and a bit of patience and trial and error as I was ?fishing blind? down the chimney stack , the item was retrieved. Moreover I lost my plastic hard had down another stack where attempting to retrieve the initial tool. Miraculously whilst I was fishing for the tool again blind, I managed to snag the hard hat and retrieved it too”

“Excellent as always. This time I bought some Ferropaint, which is very interesting stuff. I used it with my very strong magnets, to produce some pretty cool effects. It made a change from my usual mixtures of epoxy resin and iron filings.”
