“Peter Sherry managed my whole order from the initial stages. He was thorough and true to his word on pricing and provided fantastic customer service. As he did before, he did a great job from start to finish. He was professional , prompt and delivered. This is my fourth car with FVL and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”

“This has been a complicated corporate lease hire arrangement due to our organisational structure and some fire fighting issues along the way, but throughout Peter has been striving to ensure we end up with the best possible outcome. Excellent communication throughout and we are incredibly grateful for all his help and assistance. We would definitely use again.”

“This is my second round of leasing with First Vehicle Leasing. Couldn't be happier. My contact point throughout both leasing contracts - Peter Sherry couldn't have been more helpful and communicative, no question was too small or left unanswered. The cars we've had have been (& continue to be) first class. Completely recomended.”

“I dealt with Peter Sherry who made getting a new lease vehicle very easy. nothing was too much trouble. His aim is to make sure the customer is fully satisfied and helps you with everything along the way. I would highly recommend FVL to other people.”

“Although the agent I worked with was very good, delays on the car order meant I had to look at another vehicle, and although I had originally cleared finance, everything became a mess and I kept having to submit more and more financial information until I wasn’t sure I would even get a lease vehicle, so I switched and ordered with no hassle from a competitor, and then was very disappointed with FVL for not refunding me fee I had payed to them. My original order was made in February, so I should have allowed plenty of time to get delivery.”

Hi Renee I'm sorry to hear that your experience with us left you disappointed. Unfortunately, we have to abide by the rules and requirements of our partner finance companies. In your case, they had asked for quite a bit of additional information but we were more than prepared to assist you to provide what was being asked for. As you decided to order a vehicle elsewhere and, as we had provided our service to you, we retained the fee you paid for our service, as per the terms and conditions of the order you signed with us. “I delt with Jack Broad and he was fantastic. I asked a lot of questions, asked for a lot of quotes for different cars and it was never too much trouble for him. His communication is top notch. Then when doing the finance application he was very patient with us as our situation was a little more complicated than the average. Overall the service given by this man Jack Broad was brilliant. The car industry needs more people like him!”

“I unfortunately happened across this company whilst searching for lease deals. I tend to take review sites with a pinch of salt as the reviews often contradict each other. This time it was at my peril. They quoted me a price that I was happy with so I proceeded to do the finance application( credit check). It was once I had completed this stage, they realised that the price they had quoted was incorrect. Apparently the lease data base information on their quoting system had been input incorrectly, meaning the price I had been quoted was incorrect. The price given was for a business lease and not a personal lease, the difference being a considerable increase. The company was very unprofessional and really didn't seem to know what they were doing so I chose to go elsewhere. I was annoyed due to the time wasted but didn't get around to reviewing them. I just happened to check their website tonight over a week later and they are still incorrectly quoting the lease price for the vehicle. I now wonder if it was actually an IT mistake or a very unscrupulous way to get you to visit their website. I requested that all my private details be removed from their system which they advised me they had done but I still get emailed offers. So much for data protection. I now feel lucky to have avoided them.”

Having investigated, it appears this was a genuine error on our part as a 'business only' tag was not applied to this offer on the website. It was added as soon as this came to light and, although you are correct that we are still advertising this deal on our site, you will now see a prominent banner on the page stating it is for business customers only. We never knowingly advertise prices we cannot achieve. Your details have been removed from our marketing database, as requested.
