“This is our 4th or 5th car with first vehicle leasing, the guys there from sales right through to delivery have always gave us 5 star service, they are always on our list to get a quote when we need a car”

“FVL were very attentive to my needs. They kept me informed on the delivery of my vehicle st all times as it did change a couple of times. My one piece of constructive criticism is that it would have been nice to have a single point of contact as I had contact from at least 5 different people from FVL. A single point of contact from start to finish would have provided continuity and a better customer experience.”

“John Gallagher was my first point of contact and he was very good. Got back to me quickly to answer all my questions The delivery guy didn't make me happy he made me feel rushed and didn't weant me to spend long checking the car before I signed.”
