“I have leased 3 cars through FVL, they were the cheapest by far each time. I have never had an issue in ordering options etc the quote is always right first time and the car ordered always fits my expectations.”

“From my first phone call to enquire about leasing to the courtesy call after the car was delivered the team at FVL have been helpful, knowledgeable, and kept me up to date at every stage. I leased a car through FVL a few years ago, and I had the same service then, so going back to them this time was a no brainier.”

“Excellent customer service from the initial contact to ultimately finding a car which suited my needs & budget, at a very competitive price. “I found the customer service to be the main reason for choosing first leasing to supply me with my beautiful car. Delivery was so easy and price was affordable. However I would like to have had the opportunity to decide whether I was supplied with floor mats as I was not advised these did not come with the car as standard and I would have happily paid to have them fitted so that I could keep the car in excellent condition”

“Lorenzo was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Despite the fact that I was torn between numerous cars for quite a while, he was happy to send me numerous quotes and different options for each one to enable me to finally make a decision. “Cannot fault the service from FVL, from the initial phone call, the speed everything was processed and delivery of the car. Love the colour - power orange just “pops” in the sun. Was a little disappointed that the car smelt of stale cigarettes which took a while to get rid off but that wasn’t any fault of FVL. This is the 2nd car we have had with FVL and would recommend them”
