“FVL were the only company to call me, rather than just via email; actually discussing my needs with someone over the phone was clearer and they did not make me feel pressured. The whole process from start to finish was straightforward. Frazer, who was the agent involved with my enquiry, answered any questions I had quickly and clearly. Once the documents had been signed and submitted by myself, delivery of the vehicle was booked and arrived as scheduled. I will heartily recommend FVL to whomever decides to lease from them. Graham”

“They were patient with me when I was exploring a range of vehicles. They were efficient in providing me with all the relevant information that I needed to make a decision and they were brilliant at providing regular updates on the status of the order, and have since followed up on the delivery and service provided once I got the car. Great team and great service.”
