“This was my third time of ordering fireworks in the last 12 months the first to times were perfect but the last were very poor and did Not last many seconds I am hoping that someone took a video of them going off to show you”

“Even though I ordered within their delivery window, I didn’t receive my order in time for bonfire night. I received a very half hearted apology, and they blamed the courier-who laughed an embarrassed ‘sorry’. Can’t review product-it’s still in the box waiting for NYE”

“Not very good display one firework caught fire and didn't go off at all it just burnt itself out. Rockets didn't launch. Only 4 put of the 10 actually worked not worth the £80”

“Bought a large single ignition for work for my wedding celebration. Arrived in good time and I was very excited to use it. The firework was great however was a whole 60 seconds shorter than advertised, despite all the cylinders firing as they should. I contacted the website regarding this however never heard anything back, very poor customer service unfortunately.”

“Over priced on discount it was 150 when I found it on a different site for £129. It didn’t go high either was pretty low and crap no worth the money at all. I feel totally conned off with fireworks crazy I have used them a few times in the past but not anymore. No happy”

“Delivery went very badly. I contacted you in advance because we were going to be away for a few days and you assured me that the courier would phone you and be given my precise delivery instructions. In the event, he lobbed the box over the gate and left it in full view as evidence that we were away. Thanks for jeopardising my home's security.”

Hi Peter. The delivery instructions were passed to the courier, after speaking to them it seems that they tried the code supplied but they couldn't get it to work. They tried to call you without success. There were no notes on the order to say you were away though. Just a code for the gate if there was no answer. I hope that helps to clarify what happened.

“Last year I complained several spinners did not work.I received no compensation.Just prevarication.This year I asked for order delivery for 29 th September and yet it was delivered nearly 3 months early which is very difficult for storage.”

Hi Martin. It's always disappointing when a customer leaves a negative review. I've looked at your order from last year and there doesn't seem to be any spinners on it can you clarify? I've also looked at your most recent order and you selected "Next Day Delivery" as your shipping option instead of "Hold For Later Delivery" This is why the order was sent next day instead of being held. I hope this clears things up.

“2nd time used. First time in 2017 was fine; however, this time we had a near disaster. One of the rockets exploded at ground level shortly after lighting the fuse. The other 4 rockets lit at the same time all behaved as advertised. In 40 years of buying and lighting fireworks never have seen this happen. Thankfully, have taken usual precautions, nobody was injured. Due to questionable quality control, I will in future be avoiding Firework Crazy. I would also not recommend Firework Crazy due to the same concern.”

“After leaving it quite last minute I saw the option for NY special delivery.. so I went ahead and purchased some remote ignitions, thinking they are small and probably will be posted. NYE came.. and went with no reply back from firework Crazy. On the 02/01/18 I received an automated email saying I had full refund coming via Paypal, with No reason / explanation for failure of delivery.I would of kept remote ignitions even if arrived late so cant understand why I never received an option to still accept. Bad experience considering I had been recommended to them by a friend.”

“Despite following all the safety guidance, one of the fireworks went off in multiple directions. One of the shots hit my father in the mouth cutting his lip and requiring stitches. Another hit my father in law in the knee. To say I'm not satisfied is an understatement. We have 3/4 of the display still left that we obviously do not want to light and now have to find out how to safely dispose of. It could have been a hell of a lot worse given the number of small children.”

“I paid for a certain delivery date, the product was not delivered that day, I then phoned up and cancelled the order. The product then arrived two days after I cancelled it and I was never refunded any money. Not even the delivery charge”

“I called on the requested "latest" date for delivery as I hadn't revcieved my order, I was told they would call me back in 5 minutes, 1 hour later I had to call them as I hadn't got a call to which I was told I had been sent an email (not good enough when you're expecting a call and are busy preparing an event) the gentleman then proceeded to tell me they had lost the paper work for my order and were unable to deliver the following day as it was a Saturday, he also said "it's a shame you didn't call yesterday" I couldn't believe this attitude as if it was normal that I should have to check up on my order. All in all this experience was extremely poor and badly dealt with, this also meant I had to spend the afternoon of my event searching high and low for fireworks out of season. I would not recommend anyone use firworks crazy.”

“Last year the company failed to deliver my order and gave a refund. This year I received an email saying that delivery was scheduled for Monday - two weeks later and several phone calls the delivery arrived. I was promised a discount but that never happened. I shall not be using the company again. ***”

“Really not impressed. I was told on the phone that king rockets could not be sent with out them being in a wooden caged box. Therefore I had to by them in a box of 4 and I couldn't buy a single liked I wanted which i understood. When I got my order my 4 king rockets they were insecure in a cardboard along with my other 4 rockets of a same size with a bit of plastic wrapping?? I feel very cheated as I only wanted one king in the 1st place. The web site also says I get 20% extra free if I wrote in the comments box 20% extra free. I did that and have not received any extra fireworks. I emailed firework crazy and Paul rang me back to say he totally forgot to pack the extra therefore would drop it to my house himself the next day. This never happened so I emailed again 3 days after and was told they'd be in touch. 10 days since my order I've heard nothing. I'm really not impressed with the service and feel mislead into buying more fireworks than I wanted due to packaging / transport safety that they never provided.”
