“Service was very good with updates on the state of our order Video's of each firework helps with putting a show together. We started two 3''ball head rockets, just to draw everyone's attention to the start of the display followed with Sky Candy, a really colourful firework but at £4.50 a second the duration was a bit short. The finale was Pyrotechnology 2020 which was fantastic. We finished with Kings Crown and Super Strobe rockets set off almost together, they formed a perfect umbrella over the site. We had lots of good feedback and wouldn't hesitate to use Firework Crazy again.”

“Delivery went very badly. I contacted you in advance because we were going to be away for a few days and you assured me that the courier would phone you and be given my precise delivery instructions. In the event, he lobbed the box over the gate and left it in full view as evidence that we were away. Thanks for jeopardising my home's security.”

Hi Peter. The delivery instructions were passed to the courier, after speaking to them it seems that they tried the code supplied but they couldn't get it to work. They tried to call you without success. There were no notes on the order to say you were away though. Just a code for the gate if there was no answer. I hope that helps to clarify what happened.

“2 of the fireworks that came (the bad boss) were not as shown or advertised and were rather a let down as they were re packaged fountains. Another 2 of the fireworks were not what was ordered, they were the same brand but not the fireworks that were purchased. So 4 out of 16 were wrong but the delivery time was good, the prices are reasonable and all in all not as bad purchase.”
