“As ever, *** has trumped again. Faultless website, faultless delivery service, faultless customer service where it’s very much hands on and an open book. No hiding behind websites or answer phones. I think it’s my 4th year of ordering from them. I used to purchase from a variety of traders however since stumbling upon fireworks crazy I haven’t had a need to go elsewhere ***”

“My delivery was delayed due to the unavailability of the *** firework although this wasn't identified at the time of order or until six days later when I phoned to enquire when my order would be delivered. I agreed to make a substitution to enable delivery the following day but then was texted to say my delivery was postponed and would take place on the following Monday (two days after my display) due to a problem at the connecting Hub at Heathrow. In short, the company paid for a Saturday delivery (the day of the display) and curiously there was a Kronos firework in the box after all as opposed to the substitution! My main issue here is that somebody was at the delivery address for six days expecting the order to arrive the next working day after order. That's a lot of time off work!”

“clearly very good at what they do - good advice, good product, good coms - we needed to fit the display into a 20m garden and we only had a modest budget - but the choice they recommended was really great and enjoyed by all!”

“I've been ordering from Firework Crazy for a number of years now for good reason. The staff are very knowledgeable about the products and are always happy to assist in designing the perfect display. The fireworks I have ordered have been very impressive and I find the videos together with the duration of each on the website a really useful tool when making my selection. The communication around delivery is also very good. All in all Firework crazy provide an excellent service from start to finish”

“Very prompt dispatch of goods which were received within three days of order. Like the website as it is nice to be able to watch the fireworks in operation so you know what you are getting. Would use Firework Crazy again.”
