“Ordering was easy with plenty of videos. All the fireworks I have bought have been exceptional and good value. A little more notice re delivery would be nice but it all worked out OK. Carefull packing is essential. Overall, you have earned my continuing custom and I would easily recommend you.”

“I was nervous about placing such a large order for firework online. Firework Crazy was recommended to me by people in the know and they didn't let me down. Every single item I ordered arrived without substitution, and the order was delivered before a date I specified. I had a query during the process and called up the shop. “If a video is not available for that product then perhaps something similar can be used, just as a guide. However this is still one of the best sites I have seen and would recommend it to others.”

My recent purchase was easy to order, and since I placed two orders for the same products I received an e-mail to confirm that the two orders were genuinely placed, which they were. I would not expect this type of care from any other supplier. Excellent customer service”
