“Used them last year and the fireworks were so good went straight back again this year. Love the fact that each firework has a video so you can see exactly what they do and buy fireworks which compliment each other and give a varied display. Service.. great. Communication.... great. Price.....great. See you again next year!!”

“Every firework order I’ve purchased from Firework Crazy have been outstanding. I love their website which has videos to show you what the firework looks like and the information on them. Faultless and so handy when you need to judge what you can let off in your garden . The staff at Firework Crazy are brilliant too. They gave me clear instructions how to assemble a single ignition box correctly . They’re such nice people too and I love their enthusiasm for the fireworks they sell. I can’t rate them highly enough.”

“I bought fireworks for my wife’s birthday, we had a group of friends for a fireworks party. Previews on line, price, delivery and then the end product were all first class couldn’t be more happy. Firework crazy made a special birthday and a special night even better.”

“I would say you have great selection, good processing time and great shipping times. Reason for the low score is two weeks before placing my order I reached out to you as you had 25% discount promotion, to which I asked if I could have a concession as could not make the order at that time but it would be in two weeks time. As a returning customer I in fact placed the order at month as I said value £408 so thought it was bad reaction and negative support.”

Hi There. I'm sorry you felt you had to leave a 2 star review. We run various promotions throughout the year. The one you are referring to was our 25% Extra Free promotion (it wasn't 25% off) which ran at the end of August / beginning of September for several weeks. Unfortunately we were unable to extend this offer for an additional two weeks like you requested as we had other promotions lined up to run afterwards.
