“Matt, its Rory again. I cant get through to you on the telephone, no answer and you don't call me back. I'm still waiting for the refund as promised? I've now wasted time waiting for logs that did not arrive, now wasting time chasing for a refund. I don't understand why there is such a delay when you tell me its done??”

“After reading all the excellent reviews on this company I was surprised that my logs didn’t arrive after sitting in all bloody day, loss of a days money and no logs they blamed courier firm , but really they should be on it … informing a customer late in the afternoon no good years ago I would be demanding a drink . If we as a small firm balls up like that we would sort it out”

Dear Rory, we were sorry to learn that that on this occasion Palletline (who undertake the delivery) were unable to deliver your logs on your desired delivery day. We are looking into the reason as to why this happened and take this seriously. That said, we would like to highlight that occasionally vehicles do break down, roads get closed etc; causing delays. In Palletline's defence they did contact you at the earliest opportunity to inform you of the delay. A refund has been issued (as you requested). We wish you luck finding an alternative supplier.

“These logs are great! Size-wise and burning efficiency. Have referred a family member who has also purchased a supply. Although we haven't burned this new lot yet, have ordered several times previously so highly recommend.”

“The best logs I have used, and I've tried many, but always come back to these. Great value and delivered reasonably quickly - I would advise not to leave it to the last minute to purchase them and to give it a week or so to be sure. The logs burn well and are always nice and dry so there's no unpleasant smoke when using them.”
