“Ordering was very simple. I had one problem when the delivery company stated they wouldn’t be able to bring logs up my inclined paved drive. I went back to the supplier who dealt with the issue such that the logs where delivered on time and stored in my garage at the top of said drive. Driver was extremely helpful. You may ask why I gave a score of 5. Th reason being the potential problem was dealt with politely and efficiently. I will definitely order again.”

“First time I've used them, and am very pleased. Logs came covered , on time, and were all as described - no rogue huge logs or mashed up little pieces. Seem very dry and all in all am looking forward to winter fires.”

“Excellent delivery and after sales service. The delivery on a pallet is a very convenient method especially in a narrow road and little space at the front of the house. I am particularly pleased with attitude of the company towards recycling of the delivery bag and how easy it was to do this. I have already recommended this company to a neighbour.”

“Very happy with this purchase. So easy to order, delivery to suit the customer. Pallet line driver was able to place the delivery exactly where I wanted it. The wood was as described, and in fact using my own moister meter much of the wood was below 10%. Pleased to know that the wood is from sustainable sources. I liked the idea of being able to return the bulk bag and again a very easy task. Would recommend and will use Firewood Fund again.”
