“Very prompt delivery Logs look really good, but with it being July, I’ve not tried them yet. If they are as good as they appear to be (and judging from the reviews) , I will be placing another order Thank you”

“Fantastic service from the team, good communication after the order was placed. Exactly what I ordered arrived in a very large lorry (contractor operated not firewood fund truck). Only issue was the driver used a pallet truck and it couldn't be dragged over my gravel driveway. That meant he had to drop this huge mound of logs part the way up my drive and I had to manually move the mound a few logs at a time to their final destination. The logs however are perfect kiln dried and with zero sap or moisture. No spitting, just easy hot burning and all the logs are the same size. I've recommended this service to my neighbours, family, and friends. Make sure to order their kindling and fire starter bundle. Cheaper and better than going to B&W. For me it's a 10/10, just remember, if you order the larger loads you will need access for a very large lorry and access for a pallet truck to bring the logs to you. Next time I'll order 30 bags instead of a large load so it's easier to get up the drive. A definite 10/10”
