“I have needed to email/ring customer services of a few occasions to try and figure out why things might not be working and the team are amazing and so helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble. Also need to sign extra praises to Alannah who has the patience of a saint and always has the answers (in so much details) for what I need to know. Thank you so much for making things so much easier for me x x x”

“We are using FireText to check which of our many SIM cards are still in use and this service provides this information. You can get a response from the person you send the message to, but the stats regarding whether or not a message has been delivered also prove particularly useful. This isn't likely to be a popular reason to use FireText, but it has worked for us.”

“FireText is a simple yet very efficient and effective solution to all of our text messaging service needs. We swapped to FireText as a cost-cutting measure as they undercut our previous supplier. However, I am so much happier with FireText! Plus, it is saving our charity much-needed funds!”
