“I have been using Firetext for nearly three years. In that time I have found their staff to be very approachable and helpful. Their platform is easy to use for sending bulk text messages and monitoring numbers that are no longer in use. This helps me to clean up my database and save money. Their rates are keen but not the cheapest out there. This is balanced by the customer service, platform and reliability of texts being received without delays. “Firetext tailored everything to our needs and circumstances including a rolling plan of changing keywords. Excellent customer service for the few times we've needed to contact them as there hasn't been a single problem with the service. It's great dealing with people not online robots when you need but having the flexibility of the online dashboard too. We would definitely recommend them and do!”

“The system worked perfectly for us after a bit of testing, but much more importantly, their staff are lovely and super helpful. Our contact, Holly, was brilliant throughout. One day I needed to chat to her urgently but she was at lunch. A few minutes later she called me back on her mobile and sorted our problem. They understand their customers, treat them very well and make the whole experience a joy. If we do live phone voting again, it will always be with Firetext.”

“What makes FireText so great is the people. The helpful staff made it so comfortable for me to ask questions and answered the concerns I had when getting started. Now I have sent a number successful campaigns I feel like a pro. FireText is so simple to use and, although there are some features I haven't explored yet, I have no problem picking up the phone and talking to someone if I need help. We have already seen massive improvements in our marketing and my only criticism of FireText is why I didn't hear about them years ago!”

“From first enquiry to the midst of our SMS campaign, Firetext has been fantastic to work with - responsive, creative, professional - and very, very helpful. As a first-time SMS user, Holly took time to explain to me how the system worked and set up a practise account for me to begin familiarising myself with contacts, messages and keywords. Having spent time understanding the system, I can say that since launching our SMS campaign I've needed very little assistance and find it extremely easy to use. I'm looking forward to working more closely with Firetext in due course for some creative campaign ideas for utilising our new bank of contacts.”
