“Fab service from the start. Alannah replied to all of my emails with queries and after experiencing an issue she was amazing and investigated instantly. It ended up something my end thanks to her explaining all avenues I realised and sorted and now the service works perfectly. Highly recommend there services to anyone looking to swt up automated texts to clients. Really impressed.”

“Intuitive, incredibly versatile and amazing support on the odd occasion you do need to ask a random question and want a quick win (rather than reading FAQs). Our appointed account manager (Alannah) has to be acknowledged as knowledgeable, empowered, decisive and responsive. Nothing negative to say - Firetext make other vendors look like amateurs.”
