“So far so good.......👍 We contacted Firetext to initiate a free trial and were designated Ryan as our accounts manager. We (myself and my employee Jenny) spoke to Ryan at length via numerous email and telephone conversations, to ensure that we were able to tailor Firetext to fit our needs. Ryan was incredibly helpful and his response time to our emails was lightening fast as well. We have now signed up for an account and bought credits all ready for the new academic year starting in September, but we don't foresee any issues using the product, it seems to be very user friendly, but if we do, we have confidence that Ryan is just an email/phone call away.”

“The easiest to use, most competitively priced branded SMS service we could find, and with the best customer support. We have only recently started using the service so can’t yet comment on the more advanced features, but even the basics are excellent. Highly recommended”

“Excellent Customer Service If customer service is high on your priorities when looking to engage a company, I urge you to consider reaching out to FireText. We signed up some time ago and use the SMS platform regularly as its so easy to use. Today I received an email from Alannah in the Support Team reaching out saying she was looking at our account and asking if there's anything she could do to enhance our experience. I said everything was running smoothly but had an idea to maybe make a a couple of changes and I received a link by email showing me exactly how to make those changes. Really happy to recommend FireText - keep up the good work guys! Linda”
