“We have used Firetext to send text invites to a web survey via their API. It was very straighforward to set up, it's worked reliably since day 1, and their support has been there when needed (which it hasn't been once we got it all running). Their prices are very reasonable and their client management has been proactive. Would definitely recommend.”

“FireText has been a great addition to our services. It has been very simple to use, the pricing structure is very fair and easy to understand and the customer service has been impeccable. Ryan gave me a complete walkthrough of how to send and schedule messages and even modified our landing page to make it work more efficiently for our requirements. “I have needed to email/ring customer services of a few occasions to try and figure out why things might not be working and the team are amazing and so helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble. Also need to sign extra praises to Alannah who has the patience of a saint and always has the answers (in so much details) for what I need to know.
