“Easy enough to use, but would like it if there was a bit more colour/vibrancy, and if messaging people in your contacts/flipping through sent and received messages was easier. Kind of like Whatsapp for desktop layout.”

“It is simple to set up, use and get started. The staff are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable with "real" humans happy to guide you along the process. Many other systems reviewed relied on bots and complex web instructions. It took us less than 30 minutes to get an API set up and tested with firetext. This was compared to a dozen e-mails, requests for help and hours trying to get past chatbots and first-line staff with an alternative system. Firetext just made it easy.”
