“Excellent Customer Service If customer service is high on your priorities when looking to engage a company, I urge you to consider reaching out to FireText. We signed up some time ago and use the SMS platform regularly as its so easy to use. Today I received an email from Alannah in the Support Team reaching out saying she was looking at our account and asking if there's anything she could do to enhance our experience. I said everything was running smoothly but had an idea to maybe make a a couple of changes and I received a link by email showing me exactly how to make those changes. Really happy to recommend FireText - keep up the good work guys! Linda”

“Minutes after getting in touch with Firetext, I was able to get a sub account set up for separate billing and start sending bulk SMS. The portal couldn't be easier to use and there are options to have replies, personalise and track URLs. Great service from the team which I really appreciated and I'll be sending more bulk SMS messages to staff in the coming weeks and months.”
