“Working with Firetext (and particularly Ryan Dower) has been a refreshing experience after dealing with large tech companies that sit behind a virtually unpenetrable wall. To be able to send an email and get a response within an hour or have a chat on the phone is incredible. The best I got from multinationals was a possible response on a forum a few days after posting a question. In most cases, the response was unhelpful and then I had to wait a few more days for clarification. With Firetext, technical challenges were sorted within hours rather than weeks. We are a small and nimble company and when we have an idea for market, we want it out there as soon as possible- Firetext and Ryan helped make that happen. Nathan Hewitt- MD FiltaBund”

“We've been really happy with FireText so far. The service is reliable, and the customer support and setup team have been very helpful. We're using FireText for service alerts, and it's doing the job perfectly. My only wish is for an option to include a parameter in the email-to-SMS function (e.g. 123456@sms.firetext.co.uk?from=NAME) rather than relying on groups. Other than that, it's been excellent - would definitely recommend!”

“2 weeks into Firetext and I honestly don't know where our business would be without it. Onboarding with Alannah was so easy (and enjoyable); after adding a few credits, we were sending SMS alerts to customers as if we texting from our own mobile phones! We have been able to confirm appointments, send out bulletins and keep our customers updated in a fraction of the time that it would have taken to do so by telephone, email or letter. As a small business, we seek efficieincies wherever we can and Firetext has been a wonderful and seemless intergration into our processes. I would highly recommend their services to businesses small and large and I look forward to growing our business with Firetext at the core of our opererations.”
