This site was recommended to me by my brother as very quirky - Fantastic choice and the products I have bought look great. The F'ing Strong Coffee went down very well with the recipient as an early Christmas present!

Delivery was a nightmare, your wouldn’t allow me to re arrange delivery or leave in a safe place, took 5 attempts for the delivery to arrive when I was in.

Great service however a little disappointed with the product as the description states heat changing and it wasn't. The way they have imposed the pictures onto the mug has made it difficult to work out what's on the mug. Be careful what image you choose. The viewer before you order is there to help but when it turns up its slightly different or at least mine was.

The products and order processing was fine, the only downside was the delivery person left the cardboard parcel out in the snow, as we weren't in at the time.

I have to go fetch my order from Bristol,so can't review product yet, as those muppets at yodel can't seem to deliver anything. It's not the first time I've had the misfortune of relying on them.

Update- Since this review - they have been in touch and said my email went to junk mail. And have now offered a refund. So better service now. Damaged contents- meant goo all over box and items.. and one damaged item. Attempted to contact Firebox and have had no reply. This is not great customer service. You used to be great! What happened??

Ordered an item from the website and input my address, which is in the European Union. I was surprised to be informed by the delivery company that I had to pay charges that amounted to 40% of the purchase price if I wanted the item. I wouldn't have bought the item had I known that it attracted hidden costs. Perhaps Firebox ought to MENTION THIS on the payments page or even join the 21st Century by enabling its website to detect countries that are NOT part of the British Empire.

Bought the big black box , advertised as over £160 , added it all up , priced normal price of items £157.93 , sales items £135 , is this miss-selling? . Have been buying mystery boxes for years as Xmas presents but they are getting too identical ( not much a mystery) don't take your return customers for granted fixbox!!

Product was good but it took FOREVER. I emailed them to find it and they said it was their outsourced shipping and said they would get back to me. Then they canceled my order a week later. Then it showed up a week later.
