After investing for four months, I became anxious when I couldn’t make my initial withdrawal. Product advertised as available then was told two days before Christmas it wasn't coming due to stock issues. Terrible. Won't use this company again..

After receiving no updates on my order for several days, I sent an email asking when to expect dispatch. I was then informed that they'd sold out and we're waiting for new stock to dispatch my order. I think it's really awful to keep selling an out of stock product, but also to just keep quiet and not say anything is really shoddy.

Awful - Ordered 36 items and in drips and drabs Firebox pinged emails to advise various items out of stock. Paid for next day delivery and five days later as they can't fulfil the order they've cancelled it entirely! Had similar issues last year. Will never order from them again, nor recommend.

Whilst the product is good - my experience of using Firebox this time around was poor. The packaging on the gift was inadequate and so it arrived pretty much unwrapped and unfortunately the person the gift was intended for took the delivery, completely spoiling their Christmas surprise. I contacted Customer Service at Firebox who responded flippantly, trying to keep the company "style" of replying in humour and using little more than a "cut and paste" response having clearly not read my complaint properly. When you're making a complaint, this is inappropriate and only served to make me even more annoyed. I will not be returning to Firebox.

We worked with you to ensure the item wasn't also damaged (it wasn't gift wrapped) as via our company promise we send a replacement right away and not return the damaged item. Delivery package damages are common so thankfully you confirmed only the delivery packaging was damaged and the item was not damaged. Again, we're sorry the delivery packaging was damaged in transit and we're here if there's anything else we can do.

Ordered an item 12 days ago, still no notification of despatch and no item has been received. My credit card has been debited and I have nothing. This was a much needed Christmas gift, I cannot get any reply to my emails or WhatsApp’s to the support team which the site says will be responded to within 24 hours! Bitterly disappointed, I wish someone would contact me and help to find my order. Will never use again and recommend avoiding firebox. Will have to source the item elsewhere and assume I’ve lost my money. A hard lesson learned.

Personalised gift never arrived and was delivered to the wrong address by Yodel. Firebox website was hard to navigate to get help and, when I did submit the concern about the missing parcel, Firebox customer service was slow & their email told me to look more carefully around my property(!) and they unhelpfully sent me the photo Yodel had taken - which showed my parcel at someone else’s front door! Really unhelpful customer support, very disappointed and wasted so much time trying to enlist help from Firebox and Yodel to track down my order. I won’t be placing an order again.

During this, we always cover our bases to ensure the package wasn't delivered to someone else. This means we ask for the property to be checked, share Yodel's delivery photo, ask a neighbor if they safeguarded it, confirming the delivery address, etc. We do this to ensure the package is confirmed lost and the original address is correct before sending a replacement. In the end, we're happy to hear it was later delivered by a good Samaritan who had accidentally received the order. Parcel ordered for black friday never arrived. Courier sent proof 'Delivered through Letterbox' - item is shown in someone's window, not mine. Courier advise reaching out to firebox. Have reached out twice in the last month and have had no reply. Have purchased many times from Firebox, first time dealing with customer service (or lack of). Have lost all faith in Firebox

Its not one size! Unless it's for children. Very disappointing gift for my dad. Waist of money and awkwardness on the day. Im size uk5 and it barely fit me so im not talking a fully grown man 😤

Took 10 days to respond that it was an age restricted product and still not had my refund - I also sent chaser emails. All while I ordered something else from another website with perfect service!
