I placed an order recently which unfortunately never turned up. Not because of Firebox, because of Yodel being less than useless! It’s a shame because the products on sale are pretty cool and definitely make great presents. Having said that, the customer service has been impeccable, especially from Andrew who dealt with my query! Super friendly and quick replies and updates to my e-mails. Also, he was really understanding of the situation. I will be ordering again at some point, but maybe don’t use Yodel as the courier haha ;)

I had paid for next day delivery on my order and the product came 5 days late. I reached out to express my disappointment because I had paid nearly the same amount on delivery as I had for my grip strip. Andrew was an absolute star. Before I had even seen his response, I had been refunded the delivery cost and received a nice Christmas GIF to boot in his reply. Top man, Andrew.

Parcel was wrecked in delivery, but Childe from customer service was helpful, professional, and embodied true firebox flare! Overall my problem has been resolved and I’m super happy with the service I received!

Excellent customer service! I ordered a Christmas present for my brother but accidentally put down the wrong address. I contacted firebox via WhatsApp and Childe sorted it with out a problem! Would definitely recommend!

I purchased a Xbox light for a Christmas gift the item is very cool and works fine the only issue was that is had scratch marks all over it and and was a bit dirty.

I've placed an order for a friend, and I made a mistake with the address. I had a quick answer on WhatsApp through customer service with Childe and they handled my problem efficiently. I don't have a review yet for the product but I'm very pleased with the customer service!

Firebox has a super selection of fun products. They're customer service is always A+ recently Childe helped me with a query, it was pivked up and a resolution provided within minutes via the WhatsApp chat. Very satisfied customer and can't wait to get my salt lamp! Thanks team, have a great holiday time when we get there. Stay safe everyone!

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE - 10/10 would recommend. I contacted customer service because I didn’t receive all of my items in one parcel and just wanted to follow up on that. It’s COVID, times are weird but I wasn’t too worried. ✨Crystal✨ was so sweet and FUN to talk to. She was very thorough, answered any follow up questions I had, and her GIF game is on point. Seriously. Someone buy that woman a beer (or whatever she fancies)!

I probably shouldn’t even leave a review yet as the product I ordered has yet to arrive (16 days late) but on the two occasions I’ve had to deal with Firebox customer service they were terrific - really refreshing to encounter. Annabelle in particular was fantastic and went above and behind to address the delay. 10/10 for customer service and resolution.

Had a few problems with my orders disappearing but Firebox were very helpful (once I realised their original reply had gone into my spam folder) and they soon sorted it out for me and even gave me a voucher to compensate for the hassle. Much appreciated.

Great Customer service from Andrew when I was worried that my giant mushion with work colleagues face on had vanished- I’m sure it would have made someone’s day, but sad it was taking so long...he was great and looked in to it for me and I received it still with a day to spare :)
