I have this light but there’s no usb and there’s no slot for a usb cable

I love my product. Didn't know what to expect with the personalised fleece blanket. But Firebox got this down to a T. Quality and feel of the fabric is great. Genuinely so happy with this gift. Great delivery time and tracking. Thanks Firebox!

The chillies didn't really grow for me so that's why 4 stars, but Firebox customer service is the best service I've ever received. They're so nice and polite. They're forever in my good books, and I will definitely buy from here again.

Service and delivery was good but the personalised face masks are very poor especially at £14.99. They are medium size which is ok for children but too small when worn by an adult and the printed photo on the mask distorts as it is stretched and the mask is very tight round the ears. The way the mask is stitched on the sides causes more distortion to the photo. The photo on the Firebox website of the lady wearing a cat photo printed mask is misleading. Since writing this review I have liased with Shaneen, the Firebox.com Social media Advisor who was extremely helpful and has given me a total refund and a generous gift token. Thank you Shaneen.

I don’t usually write reviews on products or companies but I feel Firebox deserves one as they couldn’t have been any more helpful and prompt with dealing with my email about a product which wasn’t what I expected... but probably due to my own technological inabilities ! Best customer service ever. First order didn't come thru. Second order had IT issue too. After contacting them on FB, they created the order for me!Added extra gifts and refunded shipping.

They let me order an item. Then decided they couldn't ship to my country and send me a refund for less money. Customer service has stopped answering my emails. Still waiting for full refund. They're cheaters and scammers. Avoid.

Customer service was very helpful, and replied quickly to my message. The prices are fair on their website, and definitely worth it for the quality of the items! Delivery was right on time, no issues!

If products were a year, the mystery gadget box would be 2020! Supposed to be £60 of value but I honestly wouldnt pay £20 for what was delivered.

After an issue where my parcel went missing, the amazing Lulu stepped in and sorted it out quicker than I could blink. The quality of care for their customers are way above and beyond every other business out there. A lot of people need to look at this perfect example of how to do business right

The BEST customer service. I had ordered a few things from the site, but never received anything so I messaged them and they replied right away and fixed my problem and sent me another package with the items I ordered. Would buy from them again. :)

Got the personalised face mask- looks great, gets laughs, but although it is medium (one size available and my head is hardly big), it barely fits, so pulls my ears forward and I can't wear it for more than a few minutes without it becoming uncomfortable or flying off one ear or the other

I can’t say enough how good their customer service is and how they stayed on top of what I had ordered. It didn’t come and It didn’t come, So I contacted them and told them I hadn’t received it yet. Well right away they asked me if I wanted a refund and I said well OK that would be great. And then believe it or not a couple days after they gave me a refund I got the item in the mail. All along they have been so kind and professional. So I wrote them back and told them could they please charge me for it again and take the refund back. Well I was told they couldn’t take the refund back and that I should just keep it and enjoy it. And I will say that it is the most adorable item ever and it really works.It was a miniature record player that came with records and the actually work. I had bought it for my son as a birthday present and now I’ll just save it and give it to him as a present. It is adorable. Thank you so much for your great professional Customer service and the quality of your item. I most certainly will order from them again.

I ordered a personalised Lego keyring. I did not expect anything spectacular but for the price I thought there would be more effort put in to it. Asked for a farmer look and a fisherman turned up.

This is my first time using Firebox and while the products are very creative I was disappointed with the gadget mystry box I received. I appreciate the mystry factor of the gift but one product had corroded batteries and the products included didn't seem worth the price. Despite this I will be using it again but not for the mystry boxes due to this experience.

What AMAZING customer service. I often feel a little irritated with online shopping because it feels like because the personal, face-to-face element that comes with retail shopping is removed and that can be reflected in customer service interactions. I ordered a crying unicorn candle for a friend's birthday and due to the situation with Covid the mailing was seriously delayed. Worried that the item might not have shipped at all I reached out to Firebox and they responded within a few days, their service was extremely personable and I DID end up receiving my item, which, by the way, is awesome. Definitely a great gift for my friend! I love this company, and will definitely be keeping it bookmarked for presents in the future. Thanks Firebox!
