“We bought the wine glass sippy cups for a novelty Christmas gift for folks with a new home with a pool. Great, fun product that we know they'll enjoy! We ran into a snafu with the shipping and did not receive them before Christmas (ordered 12/6) BUT Firebox made it right and sent us a replacement shipment. Thank you Firebox.”

“The item-a watch-ring which was ordered before Xmas has never arrived! If anyone in admin reads this, it would be nice to receive a full refund please! Very disappointed as you dont seem to know the item has not been sent/received”

“My purchase was thrown onto a roof by yodel and left to get soaked by the rain and thus was defective. Whilst Firebox refunded me the item I felt there was more they could do especially as there was no replacement item to be had. All very poor over Christmas.”

As we could not replace the item (as it was out of stock), it was only right we refunded you in full (both the item and the postage). At the time, we did not have a suitable replacement to the item either that we could offer. Very sorry we let you down on this instance. “Package took almost a month to arrive. Emails sent to customer service took at least a week for response. Product was subpar. In general, disappointed in my whole experience.”

“I unfortunately had parcels delivered to the wrong address due to the courier printing labels incorrectly. Firebox refunded me in full though so I’m happy with the outcome. It’s just a shame the courier let them down on this occasion.”
