“Firebox is such an amazing company, it’s always my first recommendation for gifts! It honestly caters to every occasion and every person. They have amazing customer service - which is also funny as hell! Their products are so cool, I’ve grown quite a collection ranging from Pierre the Penis slippers to the cutest little dog plant! Their alcohol is delicious too ;) To be perfectly honest, they really are perfect for everything - for gifts for friends and lovers to treats for yourself! Love ya firebox ！”

“Bought the lil dumpling light-very cute but couldn’t open the lid for the batteries so sent on an email query. Unfortunately didn’t get a reply for several days, however it was the Christmas period. When I did get a reply it was with a very genuine apology at the delay, accompanied by a goodwill gesture. So all good. Would rate 4.5/5”

“Ordered a package early Dec, hadnt arrived even though tracking shows it had been delivered, was asked if i wanted a refund or package to be resent, waited over a month but replacement package has arrived”
