I ordered a really expensive lamp and the quality is shocking. I'd say its worth £10 not £50. Will be returning it ASAP.

I ordered 4 mystery boxes for my family while I am working away. All 4 boxes were exactly the same. So after the first box was opened there wasn't much of a mystery when the 2nd box was the same and disappointment for boxes 3 and 4. Waste of money, won't be ordering again

I made an error with the delivery postcode. I emailed right away and they didn’t reply for a few days. I was told I could change it with the delivery company after one attempt but they just returned it to sender. I emailed again and never got a reply. But I got an automated refund minus postage. Not especially helpful customer service but not awful.

So far so good, not had to warm them up though as they’re warm enough anyway! Bought for size 7 feet, I’d say these will fit no more than size 8.

Paid for next day delivery, waited in all day but it never arrived! Finally turned up 9 days later on Boxing Day, not great when it’s a Xmas present!! Won’t use again, customer services don’t want to know..
