“Ordered the book on the Friday before Xmas thinking a week would be plenty of time for it to arrive as it was for a Xmas present, and it finally arrived on Mon 4 Jan. Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!”

“Hi yodel tried to deliver my parcel on the 24 December to my work address but we had closed for the Christmas holidays tried to reschedule it for the 4th of January it is now the 5th and it is still not here can you please look into this for me thank you”

“Complete waste of money as it is impossible to fit the HyperLip into the mouth as it is far too large. The item is made of hard plastic and offers no flexibility of movement whatsoever. Not one member of my family/friends has been able to use it. I bought two of these HyperLips as Christmas presents and they turned out to be expensive disappointing gifts.”

“Product was good (expensive for what it was but thats no fault of Firebox). However I paid for next day delivery and it came a day late, which happened to be alright, I got it before XMas, but still I paid £5.95 for it.....no matter as I called them and within a couple days they'd refunded all the postage money back! Brilliant service, 10/10 would buy again”

“Certainly a surprise indeed. £30 of rubbish, nothing good to say and definitely wont be back. The only good thing was the box it came in. A surprise mystery box for foodies! Your having a laugh surely. If there was a box lower the ratings list it would get my tick. If your thinking of buying, don't!!”

“I have placed an order on 27 Nov to Paris. It's been over 1 month and still it hasn't arrived yet. From this point, I have given up any hope. Their customer service is actually helpful but it doesn't change the fact that my order did not arrive. They have offered a replacement or a full refund. I hope they keep their promise. I will be updating the review according to the outcome. Edit: We received the replacement package yesterday. Thanks for all the understanding. Excellent customer service.”

“Firebox customer service put up with me struggling to place an order for probably close to an hour. The wonderful rep talking to me ran up and down stairs with her laptop, interrupting meetings to try and find a solution. When that didn't work, she called me to try and place the order over the phone. Turns out it was my own dumb fault (aka credit card), and she wasn't even mad! She went above and beyond and made me laugh more than once. These people are fabulous. Their repartee is delightfully cheeky. Their products are stellar. Five stars. High Five. Fist Pump.”
