I spoke with Luca after being concerned about a parcel, was so nice and helpful. Even Wished me a merry Christmas. Will definitely be ordering more stuff thanks to Luca !

I bought a few different things that i am really happy with and the price is also very fair. I was waiting to get a dispatch email for my order until a day after it was meant to be delivered only to realise when i brought it to the companys attention that i had recieved an email from one of the team to verify my age for it to be released. So because my order was urgent a very lovely Andrew updated my delivery to express for free, brilliant company and brilliant customer service 👍

Just found out my order for Christmas may not get here till middle of January. I ordered in plenty of time and they emailed it shipped but I can’t even track. If I had known would not be here in time for Christmas I would not have use this company!!

When my parcel disappeared Crystal came to the rescue and helped me out. Very reassuring, understanding and friendly. Communication was fantastic. Thank you so much Crystal you're awesome :-)

I received an item, where the pump had been snapped off in the post, only 2 weeks before Christmas, so I emailed them (which was so easy to find the email, unlike other companies that hide them!) Within 2 days they emailed back, were extremely apologetic, and all I had to do was send a photo to them of the damaged item. A day later they emailed back to say a new item was being sent free of charge, fuss free, easy and really friendly, lovely staff! So refreshing compared to SO many other companies

Great customer service. I had an order come broken and Childe from Firebox customer services couldn’t do more to help. Very prompt reply to my messages and sent out a replacement the same day with express delivery- all at no extra cost to make sure it gets to me by Christmas . Very happy customer , thank you Firebox!

Customer service was fab especially Annabelle. She helped me out so much when my order was delayed. So helpful and sorted my problem straight away. No messing no fuss. Asked what my problem was and sorted straight away.

Had a terrible delivery thanks to Yodel who appear to used my wonderful Firebox purchases as a football! I tweeted Firebox and got a very helpful message back from Annabelle who couldn't have been more sympathetic or helpful!! She is replacing the order immediately and taking the matter up with Yodel! Thank you!!

Ordered two of the Snow Globes, unfortunately when they arrived they were faulty, sent a WhatsApp message to customer services and got a reply instantly. I dealt with Childs who was absolutely amazing, no hassle or fuss he sent me two replacement bottles out immediately. 5star customer service.

Must package arrived very battered and the breakables inside we’re not well packaged which was disappointing, however the customer service to rectify the situation was great and sorted quickly hence the 5 star review. Thanks so much Childe 👍🏻🤩

The products are one thing, but great customer service keeps customers and I cannot fault how the team dealt with an issue that I raised. Polite, friendly, nothing too much to ask. And real humans too which is nice in this day and are. Thanks fire folk!

As many people have already said before me, the customer service team is amazing :) Childe quickly responded to my query and resolved the matter in a friendly but still professional way. Very refreshing after dealing with a lot of slow, unhelpful customer service teams over this last month. You can’t fault Firefox, great prices, selection of items - some of which you can’t find else where, fast shipping and a friendly customer service team. - Very happy regular customer.

Although I had an issue with my order arriving damaged (thankyou delivery company), Andrew and their customer service team went above and beyond to rectify the issue! Really happy with the end result, and I hope the recipients will love their gifts!

I wrote a review regarding my delivery experience and how Vitt had helped me, I also had a lot of lovely customer care with Annabelle. Basically firebox have some real gems in their customer service team. Please look after them both firebox!

My order was returned to Firebox by Royal Mail (they couldn't deliver it for some unexplained reason). I got in touch with Customer Services and had an email conversation with a very helpful guy called Andrew. He rearranged the delivery through Yodel, which was brilliant as I could track the item. Received my item, and i'm very very impressed with the service I received.

Had a dilemma with the delivery of my package. Was left in the rain and soaked completely through. Childe was absolutely amazing on Twitter and came to my aid. Incredible customer service!
