“Update- Since this review - they have been in touch and said my email went to junk mail. And have now offered a refund. So better service now. Damaged contents- meant goo all over box and items.. and one damaged item. Attempted to contact Firebox and have had no reply. This is not great customer service. You used to be great! What happened??”

“I’m afraid the items never made it to the house - and although it said ‘Delivered’, the house has a camera and there was no footage of it being dropped off.”

“The items arrived basically in tact, but the delivery box was opened, and ransacked by someone along the way. The larger, outer box was opened and haphazardly resealed with parcel tape, and all items inside had been unwrapped and put back in an appalling manner. A complaint was put in to the currier service, but no one has come back to me since.”

“Firebox are quick Firebox are fun Firebox have all the best gifts You ever need under the sun I shop at Firebox for birthdays and Christmas And anything in between The only problem that I have Is choosing what's on the screen The gifts are fun, the gifts are rude But they are perfect for my brood So if you want service and presents that are fun, unusual and suitable Shopping at Firebox is undisputable”

“The package was left on the doorstep in full view of the street dispite requesting it be left with neighbours if nobody was in. Packaging was badly damaged and was not even sealed. Only the postage sticker was holding the box together. Item itself was undamaged. The issue was with the delivery not with the item or shopping experience.”

“Absolutely chuffed to bits with the photo towel. My other half loved it. Nice quality fabric and the pictures look great. It's washed lovely. Only downside is it can't be tumble dried, which means it's not very soft when dry. He's happy with though so that's what counts.”
