“I ordered on December 4th and it didn't make it here by the day after Christmas. Now I have to mail it to NYC. If you miss Christmas (and I was even wiling to wait for a day after) it really ruins the impact of the gift. Also, no information was given for shipping time, and I was specifically told I couldn't cancel my order so I just had to hope. You didn't even provide a way to track. I never would have ordered from you if I had known your shipping practices were so shoddy. You failed to deliver. Literally. I will still mail the box (and take on that extra cost)...but I will not be ordering from you again because your shipping is not reliable.”

“i ordered my mask 3 weeks ago, and was got an email saying it was delivered, but it's still not here. I liked this though: 1. Your online shopping skills are truly exceptional. 2. Firebox has strong feelings for you. 3. See 1 & 2. Im not sure what Toodle Pip means, but it sounds like a candy, and i like candy.”

“After my order had to be return to them b/c of a packaging issue with customs, they took care of the issue nicely and I had my order in time for Xmas. Tamzin w/ customer service was very nice and apologize for the unexpected delay and they resent my package express delivery so I would have it on time.”

“This site is a cut above the rest. Never have I order from a site feeling so secure in the knowledge that my orders will be shipped fine. The customer services is top notch. Delivery services are ace and the products always means heads turn when my gifts are opened. I recommend over other sites such as IWOOT who have let me down more than once. Absolutely love you guys. You save my bacon every christmas”
