Customer service was fab especially Annabelle. She helped me out so much when my order was delayed. So helpful and sorted my problem straight away. No messing no fuss. Asked what my problem was and sorted straight away.

Had a terrible delivery thanks to Yodel who appear to used my wonderful Firebox purchases as a football! I tweeted Firebox and got a very helpful message back from Annabelle who couldn't have been more sympathetic or helpful!! She is replacing the order immediately and taking the matter up with Yodel! Thank you!!

Ordered two of the Snow Globes, unfortunately when they arrived they were faulty, sent a WhatsApp message to customer services and got a reply instantly. I dealt with Childs who was absolutely amazing, no hassle or fuss he sent me two replacement bottles out immediately. 5star customer service.

Must package arrived very battered and the breakables inside we’re not well packaged which was disappointing, however the customer service to rectify the situation was great and sorted quickly hence the 5 star review. Thanks so much Childe 👍🏻🤩

The products are one thing, but great customer service keeps customers and I cannot fault how the team dealt with an issue that I raised. Polite, friendly, nothing too much to ask. And real humans too which is nice in this day and are. Thanks fire folk!

As many people have already said before me, the customer service team is amazing :) Childe quickly responded to my query and resolved the matter in a friendly but still professional way. Very refreshing after dealing with a lot of slow, unhelpful customer service teams over this last month. You can’t fault Firefox, great prices, selection of items - some of which you can’t find else where, fast shipping and a friendly customer service team. - Very happy regular customer.

Although I had an issue with my order arriving damaged (thankyou delivery company), Andrew and their customer service team went above and beyond to rectify the issue! Really happy with the end result, and I hope the recipients will love their gifts!

I wrote a review regarding my delivery experience and how Vitt had helped me, I also had a lot of lovely customer care with Annabelle. Basically firebox have some real gems in their customer service team. Please look after them both firebox!

My order was returned to Firebox by Royal Mail (they couldn't deliver it for some unexplained reason). I got in touch with Customer Services and had an email conversation with a very helpful guy called Andrew. He rearranged the delivery through Yodel, which was brilliant as I could track the item. Received my item, and i'm very very impressed with the service I received.

Had a dilemma with the delivery of my package. Was left in the rain and soaked completely through. Childe was absolutely amazing on Twitter and came to my aid. Incredible customer service!

I struggled with poor french delivery company for days and FireBox solved it in few minutes by immediately sending me a new order in express delivery shipping free. Now waiting for the delivery. Really great customer support. Thanks to them Thanks to Childe who took care of my request.

I have been a fan of firebox for quite a while, been buying from them for years. This year, what started out as an almost complaint, turned into one of the best experiences I’ve had with any online retailer. I had ordered a few items for secret Santa and after a 3 week wait, I had not received anything to imply it was coming anytime soon. I got into contact via WhatsApp and had a really quick response, to which that alone I was quite happy with, I was told there was a glitch and it would be on its way shortly. In this time I had ordered another main item for a Christmas present. After this arrived before the secret Santa gifts, I got back into contact and the next day was given a tracking number, an apology and my delivery fee refunded as I had waited so long. I got the package that day and I was soooo beyond pleased with this, customer service was 5* and couldn’t have been anymore helpful or efficient and has restored my faith in online retailer customer service! I would just like to thank Vitt for all their help on this! Couldn't recommend enough.

I ordered two items and they were shipped separately. During the times, the 2nd item was taking longer that expected. I messaged Firebox on Facebook and they contacted the supplier and emailed me after. Annabelle chased that up even further for me, with upgrade to next-day delivery (due to the delay) and tracking details. All these via a long email exchange for a few days. She always very polite and helpful! Thank you Annabelle and Firebox for that. Oooh, and of course all the items I have got (not only this time, but in previous occasions too) are awesome!
